- HAVE BULKY ITEMS? -

Schedule a Pickup: Call OPALA at (808) 768-3200 or visit www.opala.org.

Do NOT leave bulky items out before 6 PM the day prior to your scheduled pickup.

- PLUMBING TIPS FOR HOMEOWNERS -

Toilet Maintenance Regularly inspect connections and seals to avoid leaks. Check for leaks near toilets; worn wax seals may cause water to pool. Replace seals every 20-30 years. H06 Insurance Protect your property and finances with H06 Homeowners Insurance. It covers damage to your unit, including leaks, backups, and improvements.

What NOT to Flush:

Baby wipes, toys, sanitary napkins, grease, oils, or fish. Toilet Paper Only: Flushing other materials can cause costly repairs. Kitchen Sink Care Avoid pouring fats, oils, and grease (FOG) down the drain. Improper disposal leads to clogs and sewage overflow, harming both your pipes and the environment.

Licensed Vendor All owners and tenants must use a licensed plumber and licensed electrician for plumbing and electrical work. Do not use a general contractor or handyman to conduct your plumbing and electrical repairs because you will be liable for the non-licensed work. Even though the general contractor or handyman has a GE license with the State, it does not necessarily mean they are a licensed plumber or licensed electrician. Plumbing and electrical work must be done by a licensed plumber and licensed electrician.

- PARKING -

  • Keep your car license, registration, and safety check up to date.

  • Don’t block driveways or park on the hillside. Park only in your assigned stalls.

  • Non-compliant vehicles will be towed without warning.

  • Please try to park 2 cars in your garages. .

- COMMUNITY IMAGE -

  • Keep yards tidy: Mow lawns, trim shrubs & trees and remove debris.

  • Trash Bins should not be left out on sidewalks/ Streets on non-pickup days. The Grey Bins are picked up Tuesday . Recycle (Blue) & Foliage (Green) are picked up on Alternating Fridays.

  • Dispose of trash/recycling properly to avoid overflow or mess.

  • Remove unused items from yards and garages to keep the community clean

- FOLLOW STOP SIGNS & SLOW DOWN -

  • Please follow all stop sign rules and slow down when driving uphill these areas can be especially dangerous for children and pedestrians.

  • We strongly recommend driving under 5 MPH for everyone's safety.

  • Parked cars can block your line of sight, making it harder to see others.

- RENOVATIONS -

  • Get approval from Association and DPP (permits)  before making any structural changes to your unit (fences, gates, or extensions, etc).

  • Owners are responsible for maintaining their property
