Schedule a Pickup: Call OPALA at (808) 768-3200 or visit www.opala.org.
Do NOT leave bulky items out before 6 PM the day prior to your scheduled pickup.
- PLUMBING TIPS FOR HOMEOWNERS -
Toilet Maintenance Regularly inspect connections and seals to avoid leaks. Check for leaks near toilets; worn wax seals may cause water to pool. Replace seals every 20-30 years. H06 Insurance Protect your property and finances with H06 Homeowners Insurance. It covers damage to your unit, including leaks, backups, and improvements.

What NOT to Flush:
Baby wipes, toys, sanitary napkins, grease, oils, or fish. Toilet Paper Only: Flushing other materials can cause costly repairs. Kitchen Sink Care Avoid pouring fats, oils, and grease (FOG) down the drain. Improper disposal leads to clogs and sewage overflow, harming both your pipes and the environment.
Licensed Vendor All owners and tenants must use a licensed plumber and licensed electrician for plumbing and electrical work. Do not use a general contractor or handyman to conduct your plumbing and electrical repairs because you will be liable for the non-licensed work. Even though the general contractor or handyman has a GE license with the State, it does not necessarily mean they are a licensed plumber or licensed electrician. Plumbing and electrical work must be done by a licensed plumber and licensed electrician.
